Skylake...

Here are the final sales for 2009. To put things in perspective, there are usually closer to 30 residential sales in Skylake each year.  If you're a buyer, that means there are some great deals out there!  "It's a great time to buy" has never been more true in Skylake.  We had quite a bit of activity toward the end of the year...here's how 2009 ended:

11 Homes Sold

• 4 homes under $200,000
• 6 homes between $225,000 and $275,000
• 1 home over $350,000

2 of the homes were bank-owned.  1 home was new construction.  There weren't any lots sold this year. 

We are hopeful that 2010 will continue to improve.  We've already had one closing this year (in the $350,000+ category), which is very encouraging!
